Aum School Curriculum

A balanced approach to early childhood learning

Experienced Educators: Aum School curriculum is written by experienced teachers, certified in Early Childhood Education.

Licensing & Regulations

State Regulations and Licensing: To operate a daycare, you need a license from your state. For a home daycare, you'll apply for a “home based” license. States provide orientation programs to assist with the process; contact your Department of Children and Family Services for details. Most home daycares are sole proprietorships, requiring minimal state paperwork.

Additionally, it's crucial to get insurance. Talk to your homeowner’s insurance agent about adding daycare coverage to your policy at a low cost.

Get an Aum School License: After meeting state licensing requirements, Aum School will issue a limited license enabling you to use their curriculum. The license fee is 3% of student fees collected. It allows curriculum use for maximum enrolled students at your home.

Aum School License Restrictions

To protect Aum School locations, no Aum Little Learners licenses will be issued within 25 miles of an Aum School location.

To protect Aum Little Learners locations, no additional Aum Little Learners licenses will be issued within 7 miles of an Aum Little Learners location.
